Do you accept refunds?
Because every collar is handmade just for you, we don't accept refunds. But don't worry — if your collar doesn't fit, you can send it back and I'll manually adjust the size for you at no extra charge. Your pup's perfect fit matters to me!

How long does shipping take?
Since everything is handmade to order, please allow 7–9 business days total, including shipping. Each collar is crafted with care before it heads your way, and you'll receive tracking once it ships.

How do I measure my dog for the right size?
With your pet standing, use a measuring tape around the middle of the neck where the collar sits. Make sure it's snug but not too tight — leave a little extra room for comfort. Then match your measurement to our size chart.

Can I add my dog's name to the collar?
Yes! Just fill in your pet's name in the personalization field when you order, and I'll spell it out letter by letter, by hand.

What if the collar doesn't fit?
Send it back and I'll manually adjust the size for you. Handmade means I can tailor it to your dog — something the big brands can't do.

What materials are the collars made from?
Each collar is made from durable, high-quality materials built for everyday wear and tear, so it stays looking great wash after walk.

How do I clean my collar?
Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry. Avoid machine washing to keep the beads and lettering in perfect shape.

Are the collars safe for everyday wear?
Absolutely. They're designed for daily use. For strong pullers, I recommend pairing the collar with a harness for extra safety.

Can I order matching collars for multiple dogs?
Of course — just place an order for each one with their name and size. Matching sets are always a favorite!
